

Digital Hygiene is a foundational module designed to equip individuals with essential internet safety skills and good online practices. Offered as a standalone session or as part of a broader digital literacy programme, it covers the basics of staying secure, private, and mentally well online. This module lays the groundwork for navigating digital spaces safely—whether for professionals, young people, or the general public.

Our Digital Literacy module offers a comprehensive, full-day training designed to build deeper awareness, critical thinking, and practical skills for navigating the digital world. While our Digital Hygiene session provides an essential one-hour introduction to staying safe and secure online, Digital Literacy goes further—offering participants a broad and nuanced understanding of the digital environment we live and work in.
This full-day programme covers:
- The architecture of online platforms and how they shape behaviour
- Algorithmic influence, echo chambers, and misinformation
- Online identity, disinhibition, and the psychology of digital interaction
- Privacy, data protection, and digital footprints
- Mental health and wellbeing in connected spaces
